Gerald E. Scheidegger, Chairman of the Board, started the company in 1972 as Midwest Property Management and change the name in 1998 to Corporate Group, Inc., headquartered at 2500 Old Hwy 94 South, Suite 200, in St. Charles.

Today Corporate Group, Inc. manages and owns over a million square feet of commercial property (retail/office/light industrial) as well as approximately 140 residential units in PRIME locations. In addition, Corporate Group, Inc. offers exceptional in house property management services.
